Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Center is the largest in Finland. It has seven exhibition halls and 40 conference rooms, of different sizes. There are more than a dozen cafes and restaurants for visitors to choose from, as well as a high-quality hotel. All other services and facilities that an exhibitor or a convention or event organiser might need are also available at the center.
The Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Center is in the Pasila district of Helsinki, at Messuaukio 1.
The Helsinki-Vantaa airport is 13 kilometres from the Exhibition & Convention Center. This journey is easiest by taxi, which will take app. 15 minutes. There is a taxi rank in front of the southern entrance of the Exhibition & Convention Center.
All local and long-distance trains stop at the Pasila railway station, just a 300-metre walk from the exhibition & Convention Center. Trains from the city centre to Pasila take just five minutes.
Trams 7A, 7B, and 9 to the city centre stop in front of the southern entrance of the Exhibition & Convention Centre.
Tickets and fares
The metropolitan area has an unified fare system. The region is divided into three tariff zones. Pasila is part of Helsinki zone.
You can travel with Helsinki region travel card or with single tickets bought from ticket machines, the bus driver or train conductor on all local buses and trains. 1-day tourist tickets can be bought on buses, local trains and from multi-ticket machines.
