Registration is done via an online registration system operated by TAVI CongressBureau and is required from all participants and possible accompanying persons. The SIRWEC registration fee includes
Separate price for the SIRWEC Post Conference Excursion to Suomenlinna sea fortress, Fri 25 May is 50 €
The COST registration fee includes
Separate price for the COST conference dinner, Mon 21 May is 80 €
The Accompanying persons can join the city reception for free. For SIRWEC or COST dinners, the fee is 80 €/person and for the SIRWEC Post Conference Excursion to Suomenlinna sea fortress 50 €/person
All payments (registration fee, hotel deposit and excursion) must be made in advance in Euros (EUR).
Confirmation of participation
During the registration process you will receive two messages:
Cancellation and refund policy
Any cancellations or changes to registration or accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: email@example.com or by fax: +358 3 233 0444. If a cancellation for the participation and excursions is received by April 13 2012, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 50, and the excursion fees will be refunded minus a EUR 20 handling fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 13 April 2012. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee or the excursion fee will not be refunded. There is however no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
